Ashish Ahuja

Ashish Ahuja earned his Engineering Degree from the University of Massachusetts. He is a genuine believer in the fact that innovation leads to progress. Soon after graduating, he began exploring technologies…beginning with complex data entry processes.

As an entrepreneur, Ashish – through DataMatrix – aims to provide comprehensive solutions to businesses that lack the insights that could help them grow. Also, it is his relentless effort that has made DataMatrix one of the most reputed outsourcing companies based out of the USA and India.

Shawn Phillips

Shawn Phillips came to the world of data analysis and computer programming after years of honing logic, experiment design and scientific process in the biological sciences. Trained in the rigors of DNA isolation, analysis genome mapping and animal husbandry, she finds designing reports for new data sets to be a challenging intellectual exercise. Shawn’s attention to detail and data integrity were finely tuned in a biology internship where she was entrusted with testing bulk tankers of raw milk for component analysis for a commercial dairy processing facility. Shawn approaches every project and every problem with that same sense of gravity.

Rick Schoetz

Richard Schoetz is an alumnus of Franklin and Marshall College and Yale Divinity School. It is here that he discovered his love for Sales and Marketing.

An entrepreneur for 25 years, Richard combines both his loves; partnering technology with customized solutions to deliver fruitful results. He believes that the key to keeping a business from being obsolete is quality & innovation and enjoys arming DataMatrix’s clients with the right solutions to achieve their strategic goals.

Sudeep Chaudhuri

Sudeep is a Programming and Design Expert who has worked with some of the best software companies in the world.

With a vast experience of 25 years in Transcription, he helped the DataMatrix’s Team develop an innovative design with a revolutionary technology that facilitates high-speed and accurate document scanning. This solution eliminated the need for the original documents to be in the same location as the data processing.

Sudeep strongly agrees with the idea of smart work over hard work and is a firm believer that tailored solutions generate exceptional results.

Arshia Ahuja

Holding a Master of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Arshia is a very organized team player. Her work experience in project management, workflow design & implementation, and data analytics has helped DataMatrix grow.

Before becoming the Vice President at DataMatrix, Arshia was a Senior Analyst at Ernst and Young, a New York firm specializing in Tax Transformation and Technology. Currently, she ensures the smooth running of DataMatrix by coordinating with various project managers to ensure high-accuracy levels across several revenue streams.

Anupam Singh

Graduating with a first-class degree in Commerce, Anupam Singh went on to become a ranked Chartered Accountant. He is a General Manager at DataMatrix and during his 23 years tenure, business at DataMatrix flourished due to his keen oversight. He looks after the-day-to-day business processes, including but not limited to Financial Structuring, Taxation, Office Infrastructure, HR Policies and Management, etc.
